By accessing or using the Bus-T mobile application (“the App”) or related services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the User”) and Pathy Technology Limited (“the Company”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
Bus-T provides digital tools that allow users to search, book, and purchase tickets for transportation services offered by participating bus companies. The Company acts as a platform provider, facilitating the interaction between users and transport operators but does not operate any transport vehicles directly.
Users must create an account to access booking and wallet features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or engaged in fraudulent behavior.
All bookings are subject to seat availability, confirmation by the respective bus company, and full payment. Prices may vary depending on the route, operator, and schedule. Once a booking is confirmed, the user will receive an electronic ticket via the App or registered email address. Users are responsible for ensuring all trip details are correct before confirming payment.
Users agree to use the Bus-T App responsibly and only for its intended purposes. Any misuse, including providing false information, attempting to manipulate prices, or reselling tickets, is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent suspension or legal action.
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for tickets purchased through the Bus-T App. By booking a ticket, you agree to the terms below:
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
• Bus Company Cancellation: A full refund is issued if a trip is canceled by the bus company due to operational, safety, or other unforeseen issues.
• User-Initiated Cancellation: Customers may request a refund when canceling their ticket with a valid and verifiable reason, subject to review in line with the respective bus company’s policies.
Approved refunds may be processed through one of two methods:
• Bus-T Wallet Refund: Credited to the user’s in-app Bus-T Wallet, usable for future bookings but not withdrawable.
• Direct Refund: Refunded to the user’s original payment method or designated bank account, as selected during the refund request.
Refunds are processed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) working hours from the time of cancellation. The actual posting time may vary based on the customer’s financial institution or payment provider.
Refunds will not be granted for:
• Failure to board the bus without prior cancellation.
• Cancellations made after departure time.
• Invalid or unverifiable cancellation reasons.

Bus-T is a digital intermediary and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by the bus operator or third-party service providers. The total liability of the Company, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected ticket.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or any unlawful or harmful activity. Termination of your account will not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the termination date.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within the F.C.T, Abuja, Nigeria.
